OUR STORY
Built from the Ground Up. Built to Last.
THE BEGINNING
BELTRANS MVP INC was born out of a conviction shared by people who had seen the trucking industry from the inside and believed it could be done better. Better for drivers. Better for shippers. Better for the communities we pass through every day.
From our base in Tipp City, Ohio — right in the heart of the Midwest freight corridor — we set out to build a carrier that refused to cut corners. Not on equipment. Not on pay. Not on safety. Not on integrity.
ON EQUIPMENT
One of our first decisions was to commit to a 2024+ fleet from day one. We've watched carriers try to compete on rate by running aging iron and deferring maintenance. That's a race to the bottom — for the carrier, for the drivers, and ultimately for the shippers who end up with broken-down trucks and missed deliveries.
We chose a different path. If we were going to ask drivers to put their lives on the road for us, the absolute minimum we owed them was a truck that worked.
ON DRIVERS
The trucking industry has a driver shortage because it has a driver respect shortage. Too many carriers treat drivers like assets to be utilized — not professionals to be valued. BELTRANS MVP was designed to be different. Competitive pay. Consistent home time. Modern equipment. Professional dispatch. These aren't perks — they're baseline requirements for running a respectable company.
ON SERVICE
We didn't start with one service type and one lane. We built a multi-service operation from the beginning — reefer, dry van, flatbed, step deck, power only, Amazon Relay, USPS transportation, and general freight — because we knew that diversification would make us a more resilient carrier and a more valuable partner for shippers.
WHERE WE'RE GOING
BELTRANS MVP INC is a growing company. We're adding trucks, adding drivers, and adding capacity. But we're growing deliberately — never faster than our standards can keep up with. Our goal is to build the kind of 50-truck, 100-truck carrier that drivers actually want to work for and shippers actually want to partner with.
That's the BELTRANS MVP story. And we're still writing it.
